Orders are processed and despatched automatically from our warehouse in Ohio, United States within 1 business day of receiving your order, Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. 

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct as we will not be responsible for re-sending lost packages.

Fed Ex Smart Post $5 (2-7 business days after dispatch) (exc Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska).

International Delivery 

We offer International shipping via Fedex International Economy.  Please be aware, though it is unlikely, your country may charge you customs duty/taxes and this is your responsibility to pay.

PRE ORDERS

Please note we do not split shipments. We will not ship orders containing 'in stock' and 'pre order' items until pre-order items are in stock. 


RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot accept returns.

Please ensure your order is correct, our fulfilllment warehouse is automated and cannot correct or change incorrect orders. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses and missing parcels. Please ensure your address is complete and correct.
